Terrible service, I had been waiting for ten minutes and they let the guy who was behind me in line go first because he was being frantic. Really not good at solving a simple issue like respecting a line, can't imagine them being able to do much else.

This bank is really astonishing. I have been a part of the bank since I was 16 years old and have done 100% of my personal investments with them. 17 years of commitment to this bank and yet every time I go there physically, they send me away and tell me to do it online. The staff are incredibly inconsiderate and unfortunately, lazy. Probably the last 10 times I’ve been here they redirect me to do it online even when I’m physically in the branch. They do not care about their customers whatsoever and quite frankly it is insult... read more
