Okay so reason I’m putting one star is because I’ve been going physically to this branch after 8pm to get hardware and homeless man peaking over while trying to withdrawal large sums of bills. Please do something about the homeless encampment is the lobby else due to safety im gonna have to switch to a more friendly bank. Cheers

The staff that work here during the day are very nice people, the glaring issue with the bank is when it’s not staffed. Don’t ever try to use the indoor ABM at this location after 7pm, there is always some homeless person sleeping here. 4 of the last 5 times I visited “after hours” (this is over a 3 month period), I approached the door only to see a homeless person completely camped out in the lobby area. I understand that this may be a problem that exists for all of the Collingwood banks and it is very unfair to use as a ne... read more
