We had quick friendly service using our line of credit
Having a mortgage with National Bank is brutal. They give fake telephone numbers to people with variable rate mortgages so you can't contact them when rates go up. They negotiate a mortgage scenario, which you sign for, and then screw up you mortgage details so your mortgage doesn't get paid down as promised. They can't account for money taken from your account.
Do not do business with them, they never answer calls to make appointment and they close before their time. Not professional and convenient.
Customer of National Bank for over 20 years, the Collingwood branch is an absolute disgrace, nobody answers phones, nobody returns emails, they claim there is a branch manager at this location but I have yet to get in contact with him or her, multiple messages sent to them by other branches to call me, no response. Ended up moving my banking and mortgage to Scotia Bank.
