It's 10 o'clock and they still tell me to wait and they don't open the door. Anyway, I went in and they still tell me to wait for 5 minutes. There is an employee named Kalpesh, he is very rude and repulsive.
I was shocked to see when I came to this branch with my niece that all the tellers were of South Asian (Indian) descent except for one. How is this possible? The branch should be diverse and not hire just tellers of one background. Needless to say we could barely understand them with their thick accent. Horrible customer service
it says that closes at 5pm and I come at 405pm and they said they cannot take care of me because transactions closes at 4pm????
Last year, I attempted to close my account at the Wilson and Bathurst branch due to my relocation to a new place near that location. However, the Indian male bank teller assisting me refused to close my account as my Canadian passport number did not match their system. Despite providing all the necessary information he asked like my contact number, postal code, address, MMN, DOB, and even pinning my debit card on the pinpad, he denied my request.
