horrible they were supposed to close my account and mail my money I told them specifically to NOT send it toy old address because I moved. Only now I'm still waitingfor the money and the account is still open charging me a fee I shouldn't be paying....poor service. Poor listening skills, careless workers, and I'm disappointed to the point where I'm writing a post about it....I like to give businesses a fair chance, however this is ridiculous. Worst service that I have ever seen. I went for a bank draft and the manager refused to provide one and insisted me to go to my home branch which is an hour away. Never faced this issue with any other banks. Any question I asked the answer was to go to the home branch. If evading happens at home branch why do you guys promote that you get service at any branch.
