I honestly don’t know how this branch stays open. Every time I walk in, it’s practically empty. At first I thought maybe I was just coming at the wrong times, but after dealing with the staff here and the bank more generally, it starts to make sense. This bank is a disaster. They told me the wite transfer has been done and after after 24 hour of waiting money didn’t show up for the closing date of a deal, they said sorry we didn’t we can’t do wire transfer between different branches. Every experience will be turn to a hectic situation. When you go to each branch is like all the staff are recently hired and all are sleepy or don’t know what to do.
