My father passed away back in January and I had to open an estate account etc… Moez helped me set up that account and Youssra helped me handle reconciling my father’s checking account to pay off debts and transfer funds to the estate account. Both have been a huge help and made this part of the process of handling my father’s estate the easiest most stress free part.
terrible service. To solve a problem of my credit card, each call I have to wait for about 90 min to get a person talk to me and these people spend 20-30 min then tell me they can't find a solution, then I'm transferred to another department with 90min waiting. I've been transferred 3 times, I'm still waiting... I will never have business with this bank anymore
Machine is down, line up of 5 to see one teller. Not a good customer service to wait 20-30 mins to withdraw $.
No wonder why this location has less good reviews . It’s the worst customer experience. Should give zero but google do provide zero rating
