Both have been a huge help and made this part of the process of handling my father’s estate the easiest most stress free part.
terrible service. To solve a problem of my credit card, each call I have to wait for about 90 min to get a person talk to me and these people spend 20-30 min then tell me they can't find a solution, then I'm transferred to another department with 90min waiting. I've been transferred 3 times, I'm still waiting... I will never have business with this bank anymore
Machine is down, line up of 5 to see one teller. Not a good customer service to wait 20-30 mins to withdraw $.
