If i could give you lower I would. I absolutely do not expect to finally have calls returned after 5 months and then be talked down to like I am dumb. Jamie had no interest in trying to help, just completely talked over me and tried to make me feel small.
You numerous times just to get an answering service. The service is terrible.
I called to have a payment deferred for Feb 07, was given a reference number told everything was great, come Feb 07 they proceeded to take out the entire amount instead of just the interest, as promised and caused my account to go into the red $150. When I called to talk to them about why this happened they proceeded to tell me I should have called four business days in advance even though I was already told the payment would be deferred.
