Horrible experience with Supervisor Rafina. The reasons are following: 1) Negative Active Listening skills. 2) Made a simple situation complicated. 3) Said bad things about employees of different Branch. 4) Refused to provide a solution. On the other hand another employee Vishvam was professional, courteous and provided solution.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Khushboo, banking advisor at National Bank of Canada, and I must say, she has been absolutely phenomenal. Her expertise in setting up accounts, transferring accounts between financial institutions, moving data, and other complex items was impressive. She demonstrates excellent customer service skills, is extremely dedicated to customer satisfaction as she consistently follows up to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I highly recommended her for banking services.
