Absolutely horrible bank! I had an issue with my account, called the security department, explained everything and instead of helping, they froze my account for five days. After all that, they turned around and decided to close my account completely! Seriously?! My rent, payroll, and child tax payments all go into that account they didn’t care one bit. One of the worst bank in canada specially National bank located at sandalwood and Torbram one of the lady Latika Malhotra she don’t know how to deal with customer and how to talk they are running to do their jobs very lazy staff and no one is responsible. We don’t have option for negative rating if I got chance then personally negative five rating I gave to this branch.
