First, their posted hours are misleading and dishonest. On Thursdays, they advertise that transactions are open until 7:00 p.m., but when we arrived at 6:30 p.m., I was told they had already stopped at 6:15 p.m. If you are going to post extended hours, then honor them otherwise it is false and misleading. Bad experience just for appointment on counter
So bad service, ATM is never available in off timing. How can one use the machine in emergency. Literally so upset with the service.
