Horrible customer service and zero accountability. I submitted important documents that were promised to be cleared within 10 days. At my request, I was told it would be prioritized and expedited to just 3–7 days. It has now been OVER A MONTH, and I’ve received no resolution. I’ve called this branch over 20 times, and they only answered ONCE — telling me, “We’ll call you back later” — a call that never came.
