Khushi was very helpful with helping me sort out my loan payment issues although the branch was busy she was very efficient. I’m very happy with the service at this branch!
I got the best service from Khushi. She helped me log into my online banking when I was having issues and I really appreciated the prompt service.
I brought my children to the branch so they could deposit their savings, including coins and paper notes. I was first told that the coins needed to be rolled, which I understood. However, when I wanted to deposit the paper notes, I was told to use the ATM instead. I explained that some of the notes were worn and that I was concerned the ATM might not accept them.
