Systems, banking and customer service at National bank could be improved. National Bank would be my last option to get a mortgage.
Worst customer.service ever. You book an online appointment, they miss it. Over the phone, they are late. Finally got with Milind Sandeep Patil, OF COURSE HE WAS LATE TO CALL ME and he was supposed.to.set my mortgage frequency to monthly and of course was not done although he said it was. Never again want to give business to NBC.
