I am quite pleased with the assistance I recently received from one of their staff members. He met twice with me virtually to answer my questions. He took his time to speak with me, and I greatly appreciated because I did not have to go to the branch. Excellent service provided.
The worst service experience in my entire life! They are not responsive and not trained properly! I booked 3 appointments during the last 10 days to change the auto deposit account and ask them to remove a wrong report on my credit. Nothing has been changed yet!!!!! Never Ever choose this unprofessional bank
What a useless branch. Says open till 5pm, but all transaction business closes at 2pm. Only open till 5pm for "financial advisor meetings." I'll be pulling out of this bank and staying with a more established bank that's available to serve their customers.
