How can a bank that states they close at 5pm be closed at 3:30pm for monetary banking meaning there are still employees here the atms are open but the main cashiers and employees are in offices ignoring customers there are no signs stating anything in regards to the closing on the front door or anywhere until you've walked in the door. It wouldn't be a big deal if you drove here but walking here with a disabled woman in a walker this is unacceptable disregard for banking customers.
Went to the bank today to deposit a big amount of money at the counter and the female employee told me she could help me with the machine (which I know how it works I'm in my 20 lol). I reply with I rather do it at the counter and she said I'll show you how with the machine it's the same. First, no its not the same and second it's her job, if I would've wanted to go to the machine I would've went to it first. Really frustrating!
