Even 1* is too much. National Bank in Ottawa is a shame for Canadian banking. This is the most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional organization. Their employees act as bank owners, they value their comfort more than their clients, conveniently forgetting that otherwise they will be unemployed. What happened today happened 2 years ago.
