My go- to as there’s not that many branches in Ottawa. Today I went there and the atm’s are out of service. Their sign on the door recommends other branches, but they’re not national bank. But hopefully the service resumes tomorrow
BRUTAL, it doesn't matter when you come to this branch you will wait an hour or more to see a teller. The tellers are great, it's a lack of staffing and a client base that can't use online banking that is the problem. Unfortunately for me I have to administer an estate account and they will not allow e-banking for estate accounts. Teller only and this branch is wildly under staffed.
Had some critical transactions to process an Meghan B. was friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. Could not have asked for better service. Definitely going back there.
Excellent consult re my financial options last year. Again today. Great having some resolution before the week was out.
