I just tried calling my branch and they don't even bother to pick up the phone they always send it to voice mail when you want to rebook your appointment with your branch etc....
NBC has been the best bank I've dealt with in my life. The manager is an absolute superstar and I the staff are always in a good mood. This place offers real, true, good natured customer service.
Today I tried to get money from my account. I was told that I can’t have money more then 3000$ a day and that I can e transfer 4500$ a day. This was false. Now I was unable to purchase something I have had a down payment on and I may lose my down payment. More then annoyed with the service.
