Unable to get change for a 20$ after I withdrew money from the ATM. The teller said there is no cash available on Saturdays. This is news to me, went to my daughter's bank and they were happy to oblige.

I switched my mortgage from that place. They have the worst customer service ever. They are never open, and it takes forever to get served. The cashiers are unbearably slow, and the overall culture at that service is far from customer-friendly. To make matters worse, their lack of professionalism and poor communication added to the frustration."
Closes at 3pm during a week day??????? Waited for 20 mins in line just for someone to tell me they can’t serve me. Google states 5pm closing not 3pm……….
