Recently opened an account at NBC in midland. Customer service was excellent. Was able To talk to someone within 2 minutes and have my request completed in record time. Highly recommend the Midland NBC branch!
This bank makes extremely scummy use of debit resequencing (rearranging transaction dates) to milk customers of overdraft fees. They don't have debit cards that can be used for online shopping (so they can force you to use a credit card). Their app is down half the time. And the actual branch hours are horrible. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
