Le guichet automatique marche de façon pas confiable, mon conjoint a déposé un chèque il y a plus de trois semaines et à cause d'une erreur de lecture, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu l'argent. Nous avons contacté le service client à trois reprises, et ils nous donnent systématiquement des excuses pour ne pas avoir résolu le problème. Pas recommandé et confiable ce banque.

Bank manager there was less than helpful. Unwilling and unable to do her job and provide any form of service or assistance for a most basic task. I wasted 20 minutes in line only for her to walk off after refusing to give me a receipt for a bank draft deposit at the desk. Do not go here.
