They lie, it is written that: The Minimalist banking package has no fixed monthly fee for those aged 65 and over with proof of eligibility for the Guaranteed Income Supplement, but when i called, they say that i must deposit my pension plan at their bank and that this is written in small characters at the end, lies again, i checked twice and not written anywhere. J’ai fait une grande erreur de venir à cette banque. C’est complètement l’opposé des années auparavant! Ils ont une mentalité ou rien est pris à cœur mais ils vont se frapper contre les mûrs ! J’aimerais tellement que des gens lâches et incompétents perdent leur jobs et seulement ceux qui prennent leur job à cœur puissent le garder! Un jour 🤞🤞

Horrible expérience! Ça fait un mois que j'essaie de sortir mon celiapp parce que j'ai acheté une maison et mon argent est bloqué! Impossible de le faire sortir! J'ai prit rdv avec différents membres du personnel et aucun n'a su m'aider à sortir mon argent et m'ont fait signer un document ou je devais accepter de payer $100 pour pouvoir sortir mon celiapp et malgré ça ils ne débloquent pas mon argent! Je vous déconseille d'ouvrir un celiapp dans cet institution parce que ça serai impossible de sortir les fonds après! Je regr... read more
