3rd time I arrange to go to this branch within the hours that are represented and the branch is closed, can’t even use the debit machine. I see there’s other reviews complaining about the same thing.
The bank teller manager is quite avoidant and does not seem wanting to assist you unless, it is a normal transaction or, from what I overheard, if you have 1 million dollars sitting in your bank account. She tries to brush you off and send you on your way out promising a call back, which in the end never happens. After waiting for quite a bit, I decided to leave, fortunately, without any hesitation, the younger bank teller decided to step in and went out of her way to help me. The service at this location sucks. I felt embarrassed the last time I went there. As a new National Bank customer I was very disappointed by one of the first impressions I received. There’s plenty of other branches within close proximity that I can go to I’m not forced to only go to those branch anyways.
The bank was closed early on Tuesday at 3:00 pm, varies working days and hours branch to branch.
