très mauvais service ce jour : ma carte de débit ne fonctionne plus depuis quelques jours, il faut la changer. Longue attente au guichet, enfin une employée ! a peine bonjour, essaie de me convaincre que ma carte fonctionne, que je ne sais pas m'en servir...ensuite, multiples questions pour prouver mon identité (j'ai tous les documents nécessaires). I had an emergency of a check and I arrived 1 hour before closing since they have hours from 1 to 5 and it turns out that an hour before closing they do not attend to anyone only if you have an appointment they should place their schedules well since it seems that they do not like to work
