Went in for a new debit card, and as I was stuck in line for just about 10 minutes a teller named Ulrich came out of nowhere and expertly took care of getting me a new one in about five minutes. I thought I was gonna be stuck there for an hour, but Ulrich really provided aome of the best service I’ve had at a bank in years!
The bank of inefficiency. Do yourself a favor & get services elsewhere. My mother (& i as byproduct) banked with them and they consistently made significant errors, delayed and made excuses for not delivering in a timely fashion. Their employees are super stratified and front liners have minimal training & 0 power & are so restricted in what they can do that it requires multiple trips… = 0 customer service w/an attitude. Wow! If u have nothing better to do with your life, bank here.
