One of the worst customer services my MC card got blocked for some reason and since 1 month I travelled 4 times 1.1/2 ( back and forth )only one branch in Richmond but staff couldn’t figure out poor training too ,staff one or two know better but either they r out of office or busy .recommending not to get an account open up there for what so ever . Beware, this National Bank branch tried to get honest reviews hidden or removed. All their good reviews are paid for. Imagine how they deal with you or your deposit when things go wrong. Not sure how these people stayed in business. If clients are not happy, they will waste your time further by asking you to go through their internal process.
