A crooked finance company is ripping me off with interest that that near totals the price of my car. I asked the national bank if they would loan me the money to buy the bad loan out. I have a perfect record through their bank proving I can make the $420 a month payments for 2 yrs but they refuse 🤬
I was assisted by Michael Morra and he was nothing but helpful in getting my issues resolved. All things were addressed promptly and he was helpful with every step and questions. Quite happy with my experience and the account features with NB.!

This is by far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. It took me 3 days of constant calling, hours of being on hold to actually speak to a live person. I have a car loan and the dealership said that I am able to make extra payments if I add the bank as a payee on my own bank. Well according to the customer representative I was able to speak with on the thirs day of me trying to reach them, I am unable to do that since the loan is not a bill. I am writing this review to warn the community about my experience with National Bank – Hamilton Downtown. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any bank. Before opening an account with National Bank—especially at the downtown Hamilton location—think not once, not twice, but a hundred times.
