Très bonne succursale avec guichets automatiques modernes et disponibles. Personnel courtois et amical parlant français et anglais. Je recommande sans hésiter. Very good branch with modern and available ATMs. Courteous and friendly staff speaking French and English. I recommend without hesitating.
Waited at the front of the line for 30 minutes to get to the counter and be told the system was down to convert currency, staff made no effort to reset the system or resolve the issue. Staff also didn’t offer any alternative locations to convert currency. Waste of time.
