Josh is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him. He is responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely stressed about the entire process and he made it as painless as possible. I truly cannot say enough positive things about him.

JOSH DID A WONDERFUL JOB. HE DOES HIS WORK PERFECTLY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A MAGNIFICENT PERSON THAT KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY. Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with! He handled all of our questions and helped us every step of the way.
