Terrible bikes sold by a shady salesman. He will sell you broken bikes with full knowledge of this fact. Do not buy from him
I highly recommend Naticycle for all e bike needs. NGL, due to pressure from work, I ended up going full Karen with my demands from Naticycle. Despite this they managed to meet all my demands and provided me with excellent customer service, including pictures of every step of my Kollter ES1 Pro purchase/delivery. I would like to acknowledge Greg in particular. His efforts greatly helped in dealing with my boss (as well as my stress). Thank you again!
Got my bike in Feb. The best thing I ever got so far. I look forward to buying more bikes next year,(fat tire) Greg and Andrew and the rest of the staff there were extremely kind and helpful.
Huge variety of electric bikes!!!
They did an excellent job getting me new parts for my crankshaft and petals would definitely recommend them.
