I paid for two, separate consultations for legal advice and when I needed to move forward, they ignored every attempt I made for an appointment. The secretary put me through to Kate's paralegal line every time and I left numerous messages over many months and no call back. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. overall disappointing, had this firm represent me for a real estate purchase. The previous owners caused some significant damage to the house prior to closing and when we requested a hold back to cover the costs of the damage, we were told we were being unreasonable and that we should expect some wear and tear - even though all this damage occurred after inspections and disclosed to us during final walk-through.
