I had the worse experience I have ever had working with Nathaniel! He lies a lot, and he does not follow-up. Do not trust him to give you the best interest rate or best loan you can get. If he is offering you a low rate, you can get it lower and better some place else. Most of the people that gave the 5 stars are his relatives. Direct Morgage has some of the highest interest rates and highest mortgages because of their greed! BEFORE you settle.with them, check other places. You will thank me later.
