My experience @ NLH P.T. has been pretty damn good. They definitely know their stuff and though I don't think all the Depts. At this hospital are good, I know their P.T., Urgent Care, and lab draw is pretty good. Their E.R. is on par/average, with others in the region, but it is good for anyone in an emergency that doesn't have time to get to St. Mary's Hospital @ Amsterdam. I have had a truly negative experience here, twice. While the physical therapist assessment was okay in and of itself, the scheduling staff are overwhelmed. It appears there are not enough physical therapists to go around and the ability to even get an appointment is awful. I waited five weeks to get an assessment, and then have only been offered one appointment available per week for the first two weeks. As it turns out, I will not have my first physical therapy session until after my "return to work " date. The space is da... read more
