Nat was literally the best thing about the homebuying process. Nobody believes our rate and it was all thanks to her. She is patient, thorough and dedicated through the entire process-locking rates at 5A and calling late nights at 10P to go over our qs. She is professional, proactive and made the whole process smooth. Nat is so detail oriented she even caught an overcharge from the title company.
