I’m a guy, of course I love Nate’s. I use Stihl Echo Husqvarna and Milwaukee equipment, Nate’s has me covered. My wife prefers battery to 2cycle, Nates has her covered too. And they service what they sell. Recently my father in law had a husky battery blower that quit working, the store he bought it from did not do repairs. I took it to Nate’s and they fixed it. Would give no stars if possible. Bought Echo weedeater from them. One year later it started having problems starting. Took it in a was told 4 weeks for repair. 3 days later I was called and told it would be 250 dollars to fix due to dirt in the pistons that is not covered under warranty which was a major selling point for me. Nates was recommended to me by another shop because they didn't have the weedeater I wanted in-stock. Visited Nates had an encounter with 4 employees all were very friendly, helpful and more importantly knowledgeable. They had what I wanted in-stock and even match the price from the other shop. It was only a few bucks but that's what service is about. Thank you Nates

Nate’s was a pleasure to deal with while they had my generator in for repairs. They went above and beyond for me by going to the manufacturer to get the parts and make sure they were covered, free to me. Every person that I dealt with was so knowledgeable and nice to work with through the process.

I have to let you know!!! This place is busy but I understand whyy!!! Well Jordan in the store is just great!! Don't get me wrong every one is amazing!! But Jordan!!! I have to give to him not only is polite but knowledgeable and fast!! I highly recommend you this store and ask for Jordan 👍🏽
