I went to Nate with a frozen shoulder and after just one visit, I had increased mobility and decreased pain. After four visits, the difference in mobility and pain is miraculous. 10/10 would recommend! Nate is an amazing Massage Therapist and a great guy. He saved me from having to get back surgery and potentially having to prematurely retire from Martial Arts. He not only helped me recover from my chronic pain but also showed me have to improve body posture and composition. Through consistent sessions with Nate and sticking to his advice I was not only able to return to training but return to my regular active lifestyle.
