Natalie is incredibly wonderful to work with. She has such a calming, soothing, motivating aura and I have made changes in my life I didn't think would be possible without her guidance. I appreciate how well she listens and encourages small changes without judgment.
My regular dietician had to be out of the office for a while and suggested I see Natalie during that time. I was very uneasy about being vulnerable with someone I didn't know, but I had a really positive experience with Natalie. She's very genuine and encouraging, and she's a great listener. If you're thinking about seeing a dietician, Natalie is a great choice.
Natalie and I have coordinated care around individuals who struggle with eating disorders. She is responsive and compassionate in her work. I highly recommend Natalie for nutrition counseling, particularly related to eating disorders.
