On Wednesday June 25 2025 I got on bus nice 40 to freeport at 3:50 pm I used a metro card to pay. The driver told me I did not pay and that all you guys (referring to passengers) want is a free ride. Been waiting for a n35 to Westbury for over an hour in the scorching sun , I don't think the dispatcher know what they are doing.
Their customer service is so incompetent. For the whole day “Tim” sent me to voicemails and hung up on me several times.
