Working with Dana Wright was fantastic and she was very helpful throughout the whole process!
A customer who has this as their Bank wrote me a check...drove 45 min to the nearest branch and then found out they don't honor their own checks... wouldn't cash it...manager also gave me an attitude....what other normal banking practices do they not do?
I recently had consolidated a couple of my credit cards that were at a high interest rate and took the promotional offer Nassau Financial was offering. Being old school and not so computer savvy I was having a difficult time trying to do application on the Nassau site. I called Nassau Financial at the East Meadow location and spoke to Rhonda. Absolutely horrible credit union for loans. My daughter tried to refinance her auto loan through NFCCU. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! She went to the East meadow branch 7 times, emailed, and called constantly. Every single time they gave her a different story of what was needed. Staff is clearly not knowledgeable about the loan process. Don’t waste your time. What a scam.
