Had the best experience working with Alanna B in the East Meadow branch. She was so helpful, patient and so knowledgeable while dealing with my issues with lost/stolen check payments which led to my having to rearrange my whole account. She assisted with a very complicated problem answering all my questions so patiently and guiding me thru the whole process of straightening out my account. I am truly grateful for her. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone so competent, patient, and pleasant.
