Rhonda is an exceptionally individual , though we never met yet I feel she is one person who is empathetic , compassionate , respectful and has the patience of a saint. She takes the time to speak with you , go over details and is diligent in providing you with accurate information . Everything works seamless with her I cannot be more pleased and comfortable with her. Rhonda is an asset to your institution .

A customer who has this as their Bank wrote me a check...drove 45 min to the nearest branch and then found out they don't honor their own checks... wouldn't cash it...manager also gave me an attitude....what other normal banking practices do they not do?
I recently had consolidated a couple of my credit cards that were at a high interest rate and took the promotional offer Nassau Financial was offering. Being old school and not so computer savvy I was having a difficult time trying to do application on the Nassau site. I called Nassau Financial at the East Meadow location and spoke to Rhonda.
