A customer who has this as their Bank wrote me a check...drove 45 min to the nearest branch and then found out they don't honor their own checks... wouldn't cash it...manager also gave me an attitude....what other normal banking practices do they not do?
I recently had consolidated a couple of my credit cards that were at a high interest rate and took the promotional offer Nassau Financial was offering. Being old school and not so computer savvy I was having a difficult time trying to do application on the Nassau site. I called Nassau Financial at the East Meadow location and spoke to Rhonda. Absolutely horrible credit union for loans. My daughter tried to refinance her auto loan through NFCCU. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! She went to the East meadow branch 7 times, emailed, and called constantly. Every single time they gave her a different story of what was needed. Staff is clearly not knowledgeable about the loan process. Don’t waste your time. What a scam.
I have this bank account for a long time, but suddenly after they renovated they start changing for every little thing. I lost my debit card they charge me $10 even if the strip won't work they will charge, to have money in account $6 etc. You could not use ATM after hours only when bank is open which is very inconvenience. Last time I lost my debit card this lady she did not have a name tag she told me I will get charge a fee so I told her I will be closing my account soon I have not even step out the door when she told ano... read more
I just opened an account and took out a Lease Buyout auto loan. The staff were so friendly and Dana helped make the whole process very smooth. I would definitely recommend them for all your banking needs!
