I have this bank account for a long time, but suddenly after they renovated they start changing for every little thing. I lost my debit card they charge me $10 even if the strip won't work they will charge, to have money in account $6 etc. You could not use ATM after hours only when bank is open which is very inconvenience. We just finished our second lease buy out with NFFCU. We could not be happier. Dana Wright was our loan professional. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly .We were against the clock with the lease coming to an end and Dana made it happen with time to spare and with absolutely no issues!! She assisted me with completing my loan, continuously gave me a follow up call so the loan with be approved. She made this tedious process such a breeze. I will continue to use NCFFCU.
