I hope people appreciate how lucky we are to have this as our “DMV,” (among other functions). If you are trying to renew your registration, you need a printed copy of your PCS orders. You also cannot use the drive through lane because who knows why. They will not accept an email of the orders and are disappointingly inflexible with military members. They say you can renew online but as soon as you confirm you are military out of state, the online portal kicks you out of the renewal process. Why is Florida becoming more difficult to work with military?
Everyone was cheerful friendly and helpful. I don't ordinarily give 5 stars (I reserve that for above and beyond the scope of service) service was indeed beyond the normal scope (I suppose they could've offered to install the new license plate). Let's face it, most of us don't enjoy forking over $ but most of us obey the law. Remember, the people behind the counter don't make the laws or assign the fees/costs (we vote for those people). I completed my transaction quickly and with zero stress (and a few less $ lol)
2.50 cent credit card charge is crazy
Always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Never had a problem there.
