If the people that work here don't know what documents are accepted how are we supposed to know. A " Sorry you were misinformed" is not acceptable. Don't speak if you don't know. And when you do lie to customers you need to do what you said. I don't work there I don't know you're lying until your co worker gets an attitude. Poorly trained people just saying whatever. Oh and they make you sit there for hours before they refuse to help you. The employee I dealt with and the manager both had different stories so three different... read more
