If the people that work here don't know what documents are accepted how are we supposed to know. A " Sorry you were misinformed" is not acceptable. Don't speak if you don't know. And when you do lie to customers you need to do what you said. I don't work there I don't know you're lying until your co worker gets an attitude. Poorly trained people just saying whatever. I hope people appreciate how lucky we are to have this as our “DMV,” (among other functions). Moving here from Northern VA, be assured that you’d better plan a full day if you had to do business at the DMV: an hour just to check in, hours waiting for your turn, and then usually a rejection by an unpleasant agent for something you missed but didn’t know you needed. If you are trying to renew your registration, you need a printed copy of your PCS orders. You also cannot use the drive through lane because who knows why. They will not accept an email of the orders and are disappointingly inflexible with military members. They say you can renew online but as soon as you confirm you are military out of state, the online portal kicks you out of the renewal process. Why is Florida becoming more difficult to work with military?
