Everyone was really nice .helpful and kind
First off, the Doctor is very nice and professional. 5/5 stars. Getting a gutter rating because some of the staff have 0 communication skills, do Not call back, you MIGHT get a call or text when your glasses are ready or if there's an issue with replacing them, but today hearing yet another customer having the SAME issues I'm having! Glasses sitting there for WEEKS and nobody's called.
Dr Tollett is excellent. He fixed my husband's "mysterious" eye problem in just two weeks that other doctors spent two years on with no solution. He found an issue with my eyes that my previous doctor's had missed. He is courteous, friendly, and thorough!
