I have been to Dr Tollet for glasses 3 xs found him to be excellent. I have recommended him to others.
I received and updated prescription at my last visit in 23. Glasses were $400. After waiting 4 weeks, I could not focus or walk with the new. I had to return the glasses over and over again while using my previous glasses. Doctor said it wasn't the glasses. It was due to my cataract had progressed within those few weeks since the new came in. I am still using my previous glasses. If the cataract was progressing, I should be blind by now. They won't give me the prescription as well.
Dr was fine, lady that took me back was ok. Literally every other aspect was terrible. Took forever to be seen then I told i ordered glasses when I didn't and my copay didn't count. Absolute garbage experience
Was told 2-3 days for delivery of my contacts. 8 days and counting cannot even get a tracking number from their office. Was told that USPS doesn't give tracking numbers which is a lie
