Otis was the bomb- our party bus was the perfect addition to a great night on Broadway. Nashville TN Limousines is a class act even when dealing with degenerates in a bachelor party.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Reserved and paid for a Party limo bus for Bride, Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride. It supposedly needed maintenance 1-1/2 hrs before our pickup. So we ended up with an airport type transport van that smelled bad and the a/c wasn’t working well. Horrible Awful experience for $600+ and no compensation offered AT ALL. I hyped this up for my girls and was totally embarrassed by what we were transported in. Never again. I don’t recommend this company at all.
Otis was amazing! Great communication, flexible and very kind! It was a great experience.
Otis and Joey went above and beyond for our services!!! Fantastic from pick up and drop off from both destinations! On time, stellar service!
