Very social group.. take time to come !
People: warm, accepting, laid back, friendly. Place: industrial looking, concrete floors, painted brick walls, high ceiling, sunny window. Accommodations: purposefully stark, clean mats, variety of comfy cushions, filtered water, hot tea. Service: efficient, rotating leaders bring a variety of energy to each sit, sitting-walking-sitting meditation followed by communal (voluntary) sharing. Overall a great experience for beginner and advanced meditators.
