Nashville PT is great. Lindsay helped me get ready for my 24 hour ultra that I was able to run without the hip and hip flexor pain I was experiencing before. I would recommend them for all of your sports injury needs!
Nashville Performance and PT has been a wonderful find for me. My hip started hurting while running and with just 2 visits Dr. Beck got me back running pain free, I am so grateful! I decided to work through some other issues as well and have had such relief, it is really encouraging to get progress where I thought I was just kind of stuck where I was at. Brittany is the absolute best! She has helped me through multiple injuries and provides really helpful plans for recovery and re-strengthening. I love Nashville PT. It’s easy to get an appt, all the therapists I’ve seen have been great, and they have spent a full hour on the hands on work I need vs filling out forms, doing exercises I already know how to do, etc. Highly recommend!
