The lack of clear signage to the garage and to the terminal once parked is horrible. I missed a turn and circled the airport to be told by police that I could not access the garage. I had to exit the airport and come back in.  Once inside the terminal there is almost zero seating if you are waiting on a flyer, or direction to correct gate exit doors.  I missed the rockers.  It used to be a fun place to pick up family or friends.  Now, people groan at the thought of flying through BNA.

Traveling with our special needs son who has extreme anxiety in crowds,, Nashville Airport staff helped ease all of our fears. Once we entered the airport to check our luggage we were greeted by someone who directed us to a short luggage check in line.  She interacted with my son and was very kind.  Once we had to go through security, my son was very loud and anxious.  Once again, we were directed away from congestion and were checked by TSA in a kind way that eased our anxieties.  We were made aware of TSA Cares and the sup... read more
