My experience was alright. The front end staff members ( receptionist, MA and CPT) I had an encounter with were professional and kind, which is extremely rare now days. However, I feel like the doctor didn't listen to me. Her focus was on one thing and she rushed the entire visit. Sadly, I'm now looking for a new PCP.
Dr. Monica Davis is GREAT. She takes time to listen to your health issues, and helps to find ways to deal. She ACTUALLY takes what your saying and remedies it. Whether it be her, or her sending referrals, she is awesome. She is the provider for my husband and myself.
