This is the most IRRESPONSIBLE medical transportation company! I had a CRITICAL medical appointment scheduled and they were coming late, only answered one call of 10 that I placed, and ultimately did not call or show, causing me to miss my appointment. I do NOT recommend using this company for ANY TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION NEEDS. They won't show or call to let you know they're not coming!!! Zero stars or negative stars if it were possible.
