Can only check in 2 hours before appointment no overnight parking
Had an appointment at 12:01 pm on 02/15/24. Pulled up to the gate at 09:22 02/15/24, they refused to unload until after midnight. Didn't get unloaded until after 03:15 hours on 02/16/24. They also damaged one of my load locks. This is the second time I have had a situation with this customer about my load locks.
This place is an utter embarrassment to the trucking industry and freight world. Absolutely ridiculous lumper fee with the always restack scam they have going on. No care about how long you sit outside locked from your trailer. Bunch of flunkies floating all over this place. Nash finch shouldnt be allowed to be in business. Absolutely terrible and a disgrace of a warehouse. Couldnt pay me enough to come back to this dump of a facility.

Why can't we give 0 stars I'll never understand. This is a place for it. If you're a truck driver never come to this place unless you hate yourself and your time for whatever reason.
