Posting of my original feedback to Dominic for all the vendors out there. Rather than seeking instructions from the vendor and providing them back to the prospective purchaser, lovely bloke Dominic questioned the motive behind the prospective purchaser's very ordinary requests ( 5% deposit on exchanging the contract and extended settlement term, which was verbally confirmed by the real estate agent as fine). Good luck with anyone dealing with this lovely bloke in the future. Go Dominic!

First of all, if you believe a lengthy (12-16 weeks) settlement is rare to see across property transactions in NSW, you may want to speak to colleagues from other larger law firms across the state dealing with similar or more complex property transactions.
