A friend and myself went to Walmart and my friend ended up taking a few items without paying, I was angry that he was going to do that and walked away. Of course Walmart security was on top of it and charged both of us with retail theft... I don't believe Mr. Nash was prepared for my case at all. My friend who actually stole (who Nash also defended) got a lesser sentence than I did. I want to appeal this case bec now retail theft is on my record and I didn't steal anything and I'm paying thousands of dollars currently to go ... read more
