Very bad experience. Chose 2 tiles I wanted to purchase from the showroom, got a quote from them that had a shipping charge equal to half of the total cost of material. When I asked if there was an alternate way to ship, or if pick up was possible, they stopped responding. I called- no answer. After 4 emails asking for someone to respond they finally did and said they were "unable to proceed with the order" and wished me good luck on my search for tile!! No other explanation was given. Beautiful showroom with a wide selection of tiles on display. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff that also provided tile samples to take with me.
I wanted to share my wonderful experience at the Nasco Stone + Tile Showroom recently.
