Nascentia's website says they have home aides. However the don't. They are supposed to help clients. Not true. Been needing aide for over a year now. Just get excuses. ******* is worse. Looking for an administrator to talk to. Now Nascentia is going to drop clients August 1 for not having help. Good way to get rid of people in need of help they can't provide. I emailed someone with no response. Wishing all good luck with this agency. Would someone from Nascentia like to send me a phone number to call and discuss this matter.
The communications between Nascentia and users of their services is terrible!!! :( We are supposed to receive services for my wife who has progressive MS (for 22 yrs.) and was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease as well. They have schedulers who are supposed to let you know when their home health aides will come to your house to provide services for your loved one. When one of the aides calls in sick or has a schedule change they don't notify you and your loved one's well-being is put at risk. You think that someone ... read more
If I only knew about this company Nascentia years ago. The say they help with MLTC services but do not. The operators I will say try their best in contacting. But it's always leave a message, or they will call back and it takes days when you need a answer to a question that day. Promised many things and constantly disappointed and I started to not trust when the company and staff didn't listen. You are a company of health and medical, RN and LPN.
