Horrible experience and customer service. Been trying to open an account for months and they basically have been ignoring me. The lady Jennifer S that works in their help desk is the worst of them all. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Tried to contact her multiple times with no response. Wasted my time going to the branch twice and was told the wrong information both times by different people. Don’t waste your time here
While the staff are generally exemplary, the methods of handling scenarios and of dealing with unhappy customers fall far short. I have had great trust in this CU since before they merged (I used to work for FDIC and was a member of their CU) but things seems to have spiraled out of control as of late. My card gets locked out, declined inexplicably, flagged for suspicious activity that's nothing of the sort, etc.
