The employees here are nice. I really enjoy this bank! I don’t get to go in person to often b/c it’s an hour away from me. NASA Fed has some good long term CD rates and that’s what initially drew me to them.
So, your company is trying to run a phishing scam. Stop it. I opened an account somewhere else and got a phishing attempt from your company or a very official looking imposter. Do better at the attempt or put a stop to the nonsense.
This place has really gone down hill. They use to beat any bank on interest rates. Now they're quoting 3-4% higher than most! They like hanging up on you and take weeks for a loan decision. By then the seller has already sold it. They should remove the Nasa from their name, they're doing a disservice.
