Extremely rude people working there. There are ways to speak to people and they dont know how to do that.
There is a sign posted " to not block the door", like don't even be next to it, just have a seat. The woman behind the desk with the nose ring (septum) could use some customer service training!
Tiny office with no space and super slow with the services .. also tend to be out of supplies to create ID'S making the wasted fuel each time... plus the wait to simply get turned away
