Nara Tile was great to work with. Had an issue with an order where a certain company’s warehouse sent the wrong tile. Nara spent a lot of time trying to correct the order and eventually I had my tile sent via overnight air to minimize delays and Nara gave a generous refund for the tile to compensate for the wrong order plus more to cover for the inconvenience. Good people.
