It was a pleasure working with Nara Tile, especially Ceren. She and her team always goes out of the way to support her customers. We initially went there to just get some tiles for our bathroom but ended up buying pretty much all the finished materials for our home remodeling including tiles, countertops, flooring. Ceren is a designer as well and helped us in picking the right colors for our walls/ceiling/rooms, countertops, flooring etc., which have come out very well. Nara Tile was great to work with. Had an issue with an order where a certain company’s warehouse sent the wrong tile. Nara spent a lot of time trying to correct the order and eventually I had my tile sent via overnight air to minimize delays and Nara gave a generous refund for the tile to compensate for the wrong order plus more to cover for the inconvenience. Good people.
