I buy test equipment, and bought few pieces of test from this company in the past via eBay. One piece had a problem - sent it back, repaired, no charge, and returned in no time, great service. Others are exactly as described. I needed bunch of test recently, wanted to deal with them directly, but the previous review scared me. Do not buy anything from this outfit. You are going to be very disappointed and loose money. They have no technical expertise to repair your instrument,. Instead they are manipulating you and selling you another instrument. They will sell you lemon instead of good instrument. They will try to rip you off with different ways. Real example. A scope is advertised $300 when I called them the individual who answered asked me $800 for exactly the same scope. They are trying to rip off the custemers
